ETN is the parent and client-facing entity of the group. All consultancy engagements, commodity trade mandates, technology projects and West Africa facilitation run through ETN. We are registered under IFZA at Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Techno Eminds specialises in infrastructure and engineering services for the oil & gas sector — covering pipeline construction, corrosion monitoring systems, valves & fittings, and related project execution. The company is exploring robotics and automation integration for field services.
Ethos Global Ventures is the operational backbone of the group — managing on-ground logistics, supply chain execution and trade operations in Guinea and emerging markets. Ethos executes mandates initiated and managed by ETN.
Astra Minerals SARL
Astra Minerals SARL is the group's specialist mining entity based in Conakry, Guinea. It handles the exploration, extraction, processing and export of bauxite and other high-value minerals. Astra is 80% owned by Ethos Global Ventures and provides direct access to Guinea's world-class bauxite reserves.
